La inscripción está abierta para todos los equipos de las bajas divisiones de sus países. (En el caso de
El número de inscripciones está ilimitado, pero hay fecha de cierre. En el caso de no poder dividir a los equipos en grupos de manera uniforme, se prorrogará el cierre de inscripción.
La idea es que los equipos se registren hasta dentro de dos semanas (25 de abril de 2008), y que el torneo comience el 28/4/08.
Los equipos serán divididos en varios grupos, y los mejores de cada grupo clasificaran a los playoffs. En los playoffs, habrá un partido de ida y vuelta; en caso de empatar, se recurrirá a los goles de visitante. En caso de que el empate consista, se jugará un partido desempate.
Aquel equipo que no acepte las invitaciones de los amistosos, perderá el partido por 3-0. También se considerará como perdido el partido, si ya tiene programado un partido para ese horario.

The inscription is open for all the teams of low divisions of their countries.
The number of inscriptions is limitless, but there is a closing date. If it’s not being able to divide the teams in uniform groups or there aren't the suficient teams, the closing date will be prorogued.
The idea is that the teams register until two weeks (April 25th, 2008), and that the championship begin on April 28th.
The teams will be divided in groups, and the bests of each group will be classified to playoffs. The playoffs will be a Knockout round; there are two matches with each team; in case of tying, one will won with the visitor goals. If the tie consists, there will be a rematch. If some team does not accept the invitations of the friendly, will lose the match by 3-0. Also it will be considered like lost the match, if it already has programmed a game for that schedule.
